Service Cancellation
  • You can cancel your service request at any time before the technician arrives, without any charge.

  • If the technician has already reached your location, a visiting charge may apply, depending on the situation.

Refunds
  • If you’ve made an advance payment and wish to cancel before the service begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • If a repair is not completed due to unavailability of parts or technical limitations, and payment has been made in advance, we will offer a partial or full refund based on work completed.

  • No refunds will be issued after successful service has been provided and the appliance is tested and accepted by the customer.

Spare Parts
  • We do not offer refunds for spare parts once they are installed, unless they are found to be defective and covered under warranty.

Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to your original payment method.
